Abstract: Perfluorinated Compounds (PFCs)areaclass ofartificially synthesized persistent organic polutants,n which allhydrogenatomsonthecarbonchainarereplaced byfluorineatoms.Due tothehighbondenergyofC-Fbonds, perfluorinated compoundsaredificult todegrade innatureand exhibitenrichmentin livingorganisms.Toxicological studies haveconfirmedthatPFCspose health hazardssuchasreproductiveanddevelopmentaldisorders,hepatotoxicity, immunotoxicity,eurotoxicityandpotentialcarcinogenicityAtpresent,theaccuratemethodsfordetectingperfuoated compounds are High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS)and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS),uttheyhavedisadvantagessuchas highcost,longdetectioncycle,andtheneed tosampleinthe laboratory.Therefore,adetectionplatformforperfluorinatedcompounds isconstructedbasedonnanoprobes,metalrganic frameworks,covalentorganicframeworks,or molecularly imprinted polymers,has broadapplication prospects.This paper providesareviewofrecentresearchonsensing,recognition,anddetectionofperfluorinatedcompounds,hoping toprovide reference.
