The Application of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Technology in the Detection of Food Additives

Abstract： In this paper， we systematically review the specific application scenarios of high-performance liquid chromatography technology in the detectionof sweeteners，pigments，preservatives and antioxidants，analyze its technical advantages and limitations，and put forward strategies to improve the detection accuracy from the dimensions of hyphenated technology optimization， sample preparation improvement， instrument maintenance， personnel training and laboratory environment control， in order to provide a theoretical reference for the standardization and precision of food additive detection technology.
