Analysis of the Blind Sample Assessment Results and Critical Point for the Determination of Enrofloxacin in Fish Meat by UPLC-MS/MS

Abstract: By participating in the special assessment (blind sample assessment) for the food safety sampling inspectionand monitoring work in Guangdong province in 2024,the laboratory'sdetection capacity for enrofloxacin residues in fish meat (freeze-dried powder)willbe enhanced.The experimental resultsand keycontrol points wil be analyzed to improve the laboratory's detection capabilities and ensure the qualityof food safety supervision work. The test samples were treated in accordance with the Announcement No.1077 of the Ministry of Agriculture—1一 2008,and were determined by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The results show that the |Z| value of enrofloxacin in the samples is less than 2.The evaluation result of the laboratory blind sample assessment issatisfactory (qualified),indicating thatthelaboratoryhas a good abilityto determine enrofloxacin in fish meat.
