Abstract： In recent years，the problem of veterinary drug residue in food is frequent，and the importance of veterinary drug residue detection as a key means to ensure food safety is self-evident.In this paper， the main problems existing in the detection of veterinary drug residues in fod are analyzed in depth，and countermeasures are proposed in order to improve the detection level ofveterinary drug residues in food，efectively reduce the risk of veterinary drug residues， and ensure the dietary safety of consumers.
