保健食品生产环节微生物污染分析与防控研究
Analysis and Prevention of Microbial Pollution in the Production Process ofHealth Food

Abstract: Microbial contamination in the production process of health food is a key factor affecting its quality and safety.This article focuses on the posible sources of microbial contamination inthe production process of health food,and conducts in-depth analysis from four aspects:raw materials,production environment, equipment,and personel operation. Targeted prevention and control strategies are proposed to control microbial contamination from the source,ensure the quality and safety ofhealth food,and safeguard consumer health rights and interests.
