Challenges and Countermeasures in the Application of Food Safety Testing Technologies

Abstract： This paper analyzes the challnges faced by the application of food safety testing technology in technology selection，equipment maintenance，personnel capacityand environmental control，and puts forward targeted countermeasures.By optimizing the application path of testing technology，strengthening equipment management， improving the comprehensive quality of personnel and standardizing the testing environment，it aims to provide a theoretical reference for improving the food safety testing system and promote the scientific and standardized development of testing technology.
