Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Malnutrition Among Primary and Secondary School Students in Enshi City

Abstract： Objective： To comprehensively understand the current situation of malnutrition among primary and secondaryschool students in Enshi city，clarifythe severityand distribution characteristicsofthe problem，and provide a scientific basis for formulating targeted intervention strategies.Method： A stratified cluster sampling method was adopted.In 2023，physical health examinations were conducted on 2 899 primaryand secondary school students，and the 2-test was used to compare the detection rate of malnutrition between groups.Result： The total detection rate of malnutrition among primary and secondary school students in Enshi city was 7.35% . Among them， the detection rate of malnutrition among students aged 6 to 12 （ 7.95% ）was higher than that among students aged 13 to 15 （5.41%） ， and the detection rate of malnutrition among boys （9.62%） was higher than that among girls （5.72%） Conclusion： Some primary andsecondary school students in Enshicity have insuficient nutrition.Eective measures should be taken to further improve the current situation of insufficient nutrition.
