Abstract： This paper sorts out the core principles and tools of computer vision technology， focusing on analyzing its application status in scenarios such as food quality grading，foreign body detection，production monitoring and ingredient traceability，and proposes countermeasures such as multimodal data fusion，edgecomputing optimization and cross-domain transfer learning to address challenges such as complex scene interference，computing power limitations and insufficient algorithm generalization capabilities.
