With the continuous advancement of technology，big data technology provides new opportunities for food safety management. Innovating food safety management strategies in the context of big data can not only enhance the efficiecyoffoodsafetysupervision，butalsopromote thedigital transformationoffoodenterprises.Therefore， relevant departments should use data operation to replace daily food safety management， strengthen fod safety big data security guarantee， improve food safety quality management system，strengthen the construction of big data talent team， in order to provide safer and more reassuring food for the people.
