Abstract： This article analyzes the specific applications of veterinary drug residue detection technology in aquaculture production，supply chain supervision，and food processing.On this basis，strategies have been proposed to comprehensively improve detection efciency from multiple dimensions such as technological innovation， technology integration， talentcultivation，and equipment management.The aim is to provide theoretical references for improving the prevention and control system of veterinary drug residues and food safety supervision mechanisms， and to help achieve full chain safety control from the source to the dining table.
