Abstract： This paper analyzes the core characteristics and technical support system of smart food safety supervision，systematically sorts out the practical challenges it faces in technical application，talent reserve，and grassroots promotion，and proposes targeted solutions.The study suggests that itis necessary to make eforts from multipledimensions such as technological innovation， talent cultivation，and policycoordination to promote the sustainable development of the smart supervision model and provide a theoretical reference for improving the modern food safety governance system.
