Abstract: This paper combs through the specific application and detection efciencies of liquid chromatographymass spectrometry technology in the detection ofresidues of different types offood additives,such as preservatives, antioxidants,synthetic pigments,sweeteners,and flavor enhancers.Aiming at the problems existing in the actual detection process,such as insuffcient equipment maintenance and low eficiency of sample pretreatment technology, control suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of technological innovation,equipment management, personnel training, etc.,in order to provide areference for improving the detection quality offood additives and ensuring food safety.
