Abstract： Food quality inspection data serves as an important basis for ensuring food safety，andits management level directlyafects the effectivenessof supervisionand social trust.This paper systematicallycombs through the key issues inthe whole-processmanagement offood quality inspection data，and puts forward targeted countermeasures such as optimizing data collction technologies，improving theaudit mechanism，strengthening storage security，and depening data analysis and application.These measures aim to provide a theoretical reference for enhancing the scientific level of data management and promoting the modernization of food safety governance.
