Risk Assessment and Control Measures of CrossContamination in Food Sampling

Abstract： Food sampling is a key link in food safety supervision. Cross-contamination during the sampling process may lead to distorted test results， mislead food safety supervision decisions，and endanger public health. This article deeply analyzes the sources of cross-contamination during food sampling，comprehensively assesses its risks，and proposes targeted and practical control measures，aiming to improve the scientificity and accuracy of food sampling and provide reliable support for food safety supervision.
