Abstract: Food sampling is a key link in food safety supervision. Cross-contamination during the sampling process may lead to distorted test results, mislead food safety supervision decisions,and endanger public health. This article deeply analyzes the sources of cross-contamination during food sampling,comprehensively assesses its risks,and proposes targeted and practical control measures,aiming to improve the scientificity and accuracy of food sampling and provide reliable support for food safety supervision.
