Influencing Factors and Control Measures in Food Microbial Detection

Abstract: With the increasingly prominent problem of food safety,the accuracy of microbial detection, as thecore link toensure food qualityand safety,is directlyrelated to theeffciencyoffood safetyrisk assessment and supervision. In this paper, the key factors affecting the accuracy offood microbial detection were analyzed, and control measures such as scientific sampling, environmental optimization, equipment maintenance, technical specifications and personnel training Were put forward in order to provide theoretical support for improving the reliabilityofmicrobial detectionresults.
