摘 要:近年来黄鳝食品行业迅速发展,黄鳝食品的安全问题也越来越受到人们的重视。本文阐述了黄鳝的养殖技术、黄鳝食品的运输与加工、黄鳝食品安全现状以及黄鳝常检指标的检验方法,旨在为黄鳝的检验检测事业的发展提供参考。

Detection Index and Method of Monopterus albus Food

Abstract: With the rapid development of Monopterus albus food industry in recent years, the safety of Monopterus albus food has been paid more and more attention. This paper describes the breeding technology of Monopterus albus, the transportation and processing of Monopterus albus food, the current situation of food safety of Monopterus albus and the inspection method of the regular inspection index of Monopterus albus, in order to provide a reference for the development of the inspection and detection cause of Monopterus albus.
