食品微生物检测关键环节控制策略研究
摘 要:本文分析了食品微生物检测过程中样品采集、运输与保存、检测方法选择、检测环境控制以及检测具体操作等关键环节存在的问题,提出了制订科学的采样计划、优化运输保存条件、合理选择检测方法、加强环境控制和规范操作流程等质量控制策略,以期能够保障食品微生物检测工作的高质量开展。

Research on the Control Strategy of Key Links in Food Microbial Detection

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems existing in the key links of sample collection, transportation and preservation, selection of testing methods, detection environment control and specific testing operations in the process of food microbial testing, and puts forward quality control strategies such as formulating scientific sampling plans, optimizing transportation and storage conditions, reasonably selecting testing methods, strengthening environmental control and standardizing operation procedures, so as to ensure the high-quality development of food microbial testing.
