Food Safety Management Innovation Under the Mode of Social Co-Governance

Abstract: This paper discusses the connotation and theoretical basis of social co-governance of food safety, analyzes the main role and cooperation mechanism of social co-governance of food safety, expounds the effectiveness combined with domestic and foreign practice cases, analyzes the problems faced by social co-governance of food safety and optimization strategies, aiming to build a more effective social co-governance model of food safety, improve the level of food safety management, and protect public health.
