ICU患者康复护理中早期活动实施的研究进展

[Abstract]Due to illnessor treatment，criticallyillpatientsoften experienceadecline in their physical activity，which canlead to functional impairmentssuchasmuscleatrophy，significantlyimpacting their prognosis. Early mobilization is a key rehabilitation intervention，and itsapplication has been promoted in ICU.However， challenges remain in areas such as multidisciplinary colaboration，activity design，and safety monitoring.This article provides anoverview of the current state ofearlymobilization in ICU patients，analyzing the activity patterns indiffrent disease types，including those undergoing mechanical ventilation orsufering fromneurological critical illneses.The article also summarizes representative，advanced research on early mobilization in ICU patients.The aimis to offerinsights for the developmentof ICUrehabilitation nursing practices and provide theoretical guidance to improvethe implementation of early mobilization，ultimatelyachieving standardized and individualized approaches to early activity in ICU patients.
