七子明目合剂雾化熏蒸治疗中老年白内障术后干眼症的临床效果

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical eficacy of nebulization fumigation with Qizi Mingmu Compound in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery in middle and old age patients.Method： A total of 130 middle and old age patients with dry eye after cataract surgery who were admited to Department of Ophthalmology，Wuhan Orthopaedics Hospital ofIntegrated Traditional Chineseand Western Medicine from January 2022 to January 2O24 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according tothe random number table method，with 65 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment， and the observation group was additionall treated with nebulization fumigation with Qizi Mingmu Compound on this basis. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The TCM syndromes scores，subjective symptoms，ocular surface functionand clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，thescores of TCM symptoms and ocular surface disease index （OSDI） inthe observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the corneal fluorescein staining （FL）score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，tear meniscus height （TMH） was higher than that in thecontrol group，and the length of Schirmer I test （SIt）and breakup time of tear film （BUT） were longer than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. After treatment，the total efective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.

Conclusion： Nebulization fumigationwith Qizi Mingmu Compound can efectivelyalleviate the clinical symptoms of dry eye after cataract surgery in middle and old age patients，and improve theocular surface function and clinical efficacy.
