铜砭刮痧联合多元化康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症气滞血瘀型患者VAS评分及JOA的影响

[Abstract]Objective：To explore the intervention effct of copper needle scraping combined with diversified rehabilitation training in patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH）with pattern of Qi stagnationand blood stasis. Method：A total of 92 patients with LDH with patern of Qi stagnationand blood stasis who were admitted to Rehabilitation HospitalAfiliated toFujian Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicinefrom June 2O24 toFebruary 2025 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method，with 46 cases in each group.The control group received diversified rehabilitation training，and the observation group received copper needle scraping combined with diversified rehabilitation training.Both groups received the intervention for 4 weeks.The VAS scores，Japanese orthopaedic association score （JOA），daily living ability[Barthel index（Bl）]and qualityof lifeof the two groups were compared.Result：After the intervention，the VAS score of the observation group （1.62±0.32） points] was lower than that of the control group[ （2.33±0.45） points]，the JOA[ （23.19±1.76 points]， BI score[ （80.81±5.57 points]，and emotional function[ （81.64±4.76 ）points]，social fuction ⌊（79.35±5.26） points]， vitality [（72.02±5.25） points]， mental health [（79.25±4.05） points]，spiritual health （81.50±6.77） points]， physiological function [（80.82±6.55） scores]， physiological function [（75.15±6.87） scores] and physical pain [（77.79±6.65） scores] in the SF-36 were higher than those of the control group （20.56±1.84） （74.24±4.26） （204号 （75.04±5.41） 二 （72.13±4.83） ！ （65.48±5.04） （71.14±5.52） 1， （73.35±5.16） ！ （72.75±5.46） ， （67.09±6.76） ， （70.44±6.73） scores] （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Copper needle scraping combined with diversified rehabilitation trainingcanalleviatethe painsymptom ofpatients withLDHwith patterof Qi stagnationandblood stasis，improve the lumbar function，and improve the ability of daily living and quality of life.
