哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合莫西沙星治疗 慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并急性下呼吸道感染的 效果

[Abstract] Objective:To study the efficacy of Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam Sodium in combination with Moxifloxacin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with acute lower respiratory infection (ALRI).Method: A total of 12O patients with COPD complicated with ALRI admitted toShijingshan Teaching Hospital of CapitalMedical Universitywere selected retrospectively,admision period was from January 2O21 to December 2O23,they were divided into a single group (Moxifloxacin,60 cases)and a combination group (Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam Sodium + Moxifloxacin,6O cases)with reference to the dierent treatments.Both groups were treated for1O days.The inflammatory factors[IL-6,IL-8,TNF- α ,CRP, and procalcitonin (PCT)]levels,acute physiologyand chronic health evaluation II (APACHEII)scores before and after treatment,andthe total effectiverate aftertreatment,and theadverse reactions (headache,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting) incidence in the two groups were compared.Result: Compared with pre-treatment,post-treatment levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF- ∝ ,CRP,and PCT were lower in the single group and the combination group ( P <0.05).
Compared with the single group,post-treatment levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF- ∝ ,CRP,and PCT were lower in the combination group (P<0.05 ).Compared with pre-treatment, APACHEI scores were lower in the single group and the combination group after treatment ( P<0.05 ;compared with the single group,APACHEII score was lower in the combination group after treatment ( P <0.05).The total effective rate in the combination group (96.67% )washigher than that in the single group (85.00% 0 P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of headache,diarrea,or nausea and vomiting between the single group and the combination group (P>0.05). Conclusion:Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam Sodium combined with Moxifloxacin is highly efficacious in the treatment of COPD complicated with ALRI,significantly reducing the levels of inflammatory factors.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease,COPD)是肺部病症,患病人数逐年增多,致病因素以空气污染、长期吸烟等为主,表现以呼吸困难、肺功能减弱、咳痰及咳嗽为主,受长期用药、免疫力下降、呼吸道结构变化等因素影响,易伴发急性下呼吸道感染(acute lower respiratoryinfection,ALRI),不仅会加重心脏负担、呼吸困难症状,还可能诱发呼吸衰竭,危及生命[1-3]。(剩余4960字)
