视功能训练联合角膜塑形镜配戴对近视患儿视功能的影响

[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the efectof visualfunctiontraining combined withorthokeratologylens wearing on the visual function of myopic children.Method： A total of 102 myopic children admitted to Jiangnan UniversityAfiliated Central Hospitalfrom January 2O21 to January 2O24 wereselectedastheresearchobjectsand divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method， with 51 cases in each group.The control group received orthokeratology lens wearing treatment，while the study group received visual function training on the basis of thecontrol group.The uncorrected visual acuity，axial length of the eye， visual function indicatorsand National EyeInstitute vision functionquestionnaire-25 （NEI-VFQ-25）scoresofthe two groups were statisticall analyzed before treatment and 6 months after treatment. Result： Aftertreatment， the uncorrected visual acuity of the study group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment， the negativerelativeregulation inthe study group was higherthanthat inthe control group，whilethe positiverelative regulation and the ratio of regulatory convergence to regulation were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.

After treatment，the scores ofeach iteminNEI-VFQ-25of the study group were allhigher than those of thecontrol group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： The combination of visual function training and orthokeratology lens wearing in the treatmentofmyopicchildrenismoreconducivetoimproving thechildren'suncorrectedvisionandvisualfunction comparedwith wearing orthokeratologylensesalone，andthevisual-relatedqualityoflifeofthechildren isbetter.
