多元护理联合体位管理在复杂性视网膜脱离修复术患者中的应用效果

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the influence of multiple nursing combined with postural management on the intervention compliance，comfort level and complications of patients undergoing complex retinal detachment repair surgery.Method： By using the convenience sampling method，12O patients who underwent complex retinal detachment repair surgery in the Ophthalmology Department of Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from November2O21 to November 2024 were selected.Patientsadmited fromNovember 2021 toMay2O23 were included in the control group （ n =60） and were given routine nursing.Patients admitted from June 2023 to November 2O24 were included in the combined group （ n =60）and were given multiple nursing combined with posturalmanagementintervention.Theinterventioncompliance，patientomfortlevel，anxietyscore，depsion score and the incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Result： The intervention compliance of the combined group was better than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. Three days after the operation， the comfort level of the combined group was better than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. One month after discharge，the HAMA and HAMD scores of the combined group were lower than those of the control group （ <0.05）. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the combined group was lowerthan that in the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： Multiple nursing combined with postural management can significantly improve the positional compliance and comfort of patients with complex retinal detachment repair surgery，improve the patients' psychological state， and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
