[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effectofDanhong Injectioncombined with Betahistine inthe treatment of vertigodueto insuficientblood supply tothecerebral arteries.Method： A totalof 12O patients with vertigo due to insuffcient blood supply to thecerebralarterieswho were treatedat Kunshan Mental Health CenterfromFebruary 2023 to July2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups byrandom number table method，with6O cases ineach group.The control group was treated with Betahistine monotherapy，while the observation group was intervened with Danhong Injection on thebasis of the control group.Both groups were treated for14 days.The cerebrovascular hemodynamic indicators，the degree of vertigo，the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score，the clinical effcacy and the incidence of drug-related adverse events of the two groups were compared.Result： There were no statistically significant differences in cerebrovascular hemodynamic indicators， vertigo degree and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before treatment between the two groups （ P> 0.05）. Onedayafter treatment，theaverage blood flow velocities of the left vertebral artery （LVA），rightvertebral artery （RVA），and basilar artery（BA） in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，while the dizziness handicap inventory （DHI） score andthe scores of dizziness，headache，and vertigo wereallower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P >0.05）.Conclusion：Danhong Injection combined with Betahistine in the treatment of vertigo due to insufficient blood supply tothecerebralarteriescan improve thecerebrovascular hemodynamic indicators of patients，reduce the degree of vertigo，alleviate symptoms，and has good therapeutic effect and high safety.
