[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical effectof Evolocumabcombined with statins inthe treatment of patients with incomplete revascularization （IR） of multivessel coronary artery disease.Method：A total of 300 patients with IRof multivessel coronary artery disease who visited Sunshine Union Hospital from October 2022 to March 2O24 were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method， with 150 cases in each group.Both groups received standardized basic treatment.The control group was treated with statins for lipid reduction，and the experimental group was treated with Evolocumab inaddition to the treatmentof the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for4 weeks.The lipid levels，clinical eficacyandadverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Result：Afterthe treatment，the levels of TC，TGand LDL-C in the experimental group were lower than those inthecontrol group，thelevelsof HDL-Candthe total effctive rate were higher than those in the control group（ P <0.05）.The comparison of theincidencerates of adverse reactionsbetween the two groups showed no statistically significant difference （P>O.O5）.Conclusion： Evolocumab combined with statins canefectively improve thelipidlevelsof patientswith IRof multivesselcoronary arterydisease，improvethe clinical efficacy，and will not increase the riskof adverse reactions.
