中药冰片联合复方桐叶烧伤油用于乳腺癌术后二期压力性损伤患者的效果

[Abstract]Objective：To analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bingpian combined with Compound Tongye Burn Oil in patients with stage I pressure injury after breast cancer surgery.Method：A total of 8O patients with stage I pressure injury after breast cancer surgery who were admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2024 to February 2O25 wereselected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control groupand the study group，with 4O cases in each group.Thecontrol group was treated with Moist Burn Ointment combined with Compound Tongye Burn Oil，while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Bingpian combined with Compound Tongye Bun Oil.The wound healing degree，symptom relief time and patient satisfactionof thetwo groups were compared，thepaindegreeof the patients was evaluated before treatment and2and4 weeksaftertreatmentrespectively.Result：After 4 weeksof treatment，thescoresof pressure ulcer area，exudate volume and wound tissue type in the pressure ulcer scale for healing （PUSH） of the study group were all lower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）.The pain relief time and the regression time of local redness and swelling in the study group were earlier than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment，the numerical rating scale（NRS）scores of both groups were lower than thosebefore treatment，and he scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）.After 4 weeks of treatment， the total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： The application of traditional Chinese medicine Bingpian combined with Compound Tongye Burn Oil in patients with stage I pressure injuryafter breast cancersurgery can improve the therapeutic effectof patients，promote therelief of clinical symptoms，reduce pain levels，and increase patient satisfaction.
