支架联合中间导管取栓对颅内动脉闭塞所致急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血流灌注的影响

[Abstract]Objective: To investigate the efects of stent combined with intermediate catheter thrombectomy on neurological functionand blood flow perfusion in patients with acute cerebral infarction causedby intracranial artery occlusion.Method: A retrospective study was conducted on1O3 patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by intracranial artery oclusion admited to People's Hospital of Daye City from May 2O23 to May 2025. They were divided into a control group ( n =51,treated with stent mechanical thrombectomy) and a combined group 0 n =52,treated with stent combined with intermediate catheter thrombectomy)according to diffrent treatment methods.Theone-time vascularrecanalizationrate,numberofthrombectomyatempts,neurologicalfunctionscores, as well ascerebral vascular perfusion parameters (average blood flow,averageblood flow velocity)levels before surgery,24hoursaftersurgeryandlmonthaftersurgerybetweenthetwogroups werecompared,andtheincidence of complications between the two groups was recorded.Result:The one-time vascular recanalization rate in the combined group washigherthan thatinthe control group,andthe numberof thrombectomy was less than that inthe
control group and incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) .TheNIHSS scores of both groups of patientsat 24 hours and1 month after surgery were lower than those before surgery,whileaverage bloodflowandaverage bloodflow velocitywere higherthanthosebefore surgery,theNIHSS scores ofthecombined group were lower thanthose ofthecontrol groupat the same time,while average blood flow and averageblood flow velocity were higher than those of the control group at the same time ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of stent andintermediatecatheter thrombectomy inthe treatmentof acutecerebral infarction caused by intracranial artery occlusion can improve the one-time vascular recanalizationrate,improve neurological function and cerebral blood flow perfusion of patient,and reduce the incidence of complications,with high safety.
