[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of endoscopic tissue glue injection devascularization in the treatment of digestive tract ulcer with masive hemorrhage.Method： One hundred patients with digestive tract ulcer accompanied by massive hemorrhage in Fuzhou First People's Hospital and Fuzhou Second People's Hospital from May 2O22 to March 2O25 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given metal itanium clips for hemostasis under endoscopy， while the observation group was given tissue glue injection for hemostasis under endoscopy.The indicators such as the therapeutic efect，symptom improvement time and rebleeding rate of thetwo groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Result： Compared with the control group，the total efectiverate of the observation group was higher， while the rebleeding rate was lower （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the relief time of related symptoms in the observation group was earlier，and the hospital stay was shorter （ P <0.05）.After treatment， the levels of Hb，RBC， and PLTin both groups increased compared with those before treatment， the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：Endoscopic tissue glue injection devascularization hasaremarkable therapeutic efect on digestive tract ulcer with massive hemorhage，it can stop bleeding quickly， shortenhospital stay，reduce rebleeding rate.
