精神分裂症患者服用阿立哌唑后剂量校正浓度与疗效的关系

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the relationship between dose-corrected concentration （C/D） of Aripiprazoleand the therapeutic efect in patients with schizophrenia.Method：Ninety patients with schizophrenia hospitalized inYichun Third People'sHospital fromJanuary2O23to June 2O25 were selected.Allof them were treated with Aripiprazole and received drug monitoring. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry （LC-MS） was used to determine serum concentration of Aripiprazole，and the C/D was calculated.The positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS） was used to evaluate the therapeutic efect. Based on C/D value，the patients were divided into the experimental group （within the reference range）and the control group （not withinthe reference range）. Therapeutic efects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.According to the therapeutic effect， the patients weredivided into the effective group and the ineffective group.The C/D value was compared between thetwo groups and among patients with different therapeutic effcts.The correlationbetween the therapeutic effect and C/D value was analyzed. Result： Compared to the control group （ n =28），the experimental group （ n =62） showed a higher effective rate of treatment，and a lower total incidence of adverse reactions （ P <0.05）. C/D value of the ineffective group （ n =26） was lower than that of the effective group （ n =64） （ P <0.05）. C/D values of recovered patients （ n =25） were higher than those of markedly improved patients （ n =20）， improved patients （ n =19），and ineffective patients （ n =26 （ P <0.05）.C/D values of markedly improved patients were higher than those of improved patients andineffectivepatients（ P <0.05）.C/D values of improved patients were higher than those of ineffective patients 0 P <0.05）. Correlation analysis found a positive correlation between the therapeutic efect and C/D value （ P <0.001）.

Conclusion：TheC/Dof Aripiprazole iscloselyrelated tothetherapeutic efectinpatients with schizophrenia，the largertheC/D，thebetterthe therapeuticeffect.
