miRNA在类风湿关节炎发病机制、生物标志物和治疗靶点中的关键作用与挑战

[Abstract]Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) isa systemicautoimmune diseasecharacterized bychronic synovitis and bone destruction.It not only lead to irreversible joint injury and disability,but also may cause complications such as cardiovascular disease and serious infection.microRNA (miRNA) afect the progression of RA by regulating inflammatory response,cell proliferationand apoptosis,and extracelllar matrix metabolism.Meanwhile,they arealso important potential biomarkersand therapeutictargets in the diagnosis and treatmentof RA.This review summarizes the mechanism, expression characteristics and clinical application prospects of miRNA in the occurrenceand development ofRA.However,the biological distribution,stabilityand individual diferencesof miRNA may have significant impacts on thedevelopment of miRNA biomarkers and therapeutic targets.The author believes that with the development of cuting-edge technologies such as gene editing,the mechanism of miRNA inthe developmentof RA willbefurther elaborated.This not only helps to deeplyunderstand the pathological mechanism of RA,but alsoprovides a theoretical basisand new ideas for thedevelopmentof new diagnostic tools, early treatment, drug development, etc.
