夜戴型角膜塑形镜对青少年近视患者矫正效果及安全性的影响

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the influence on corrective effect and safety effect of night-wear orthokeratology lens onadolescent myopia patients.Method：Ninety eight adolescent myopia patientsadmitted toNanjing Tongren Hospital Afiliated to Southeast University Schoolof Medicine from January 2O2O to January 2023 were selected as the subjectsand divided into the study group and thecontrol group bythe random number table method.The study group （n=49）received night-wear orthokeratology lens wearing treatment，and the control group （ n =49） received frame glasses wearing treatment. The corneal curvature，diopter， naked vision， optic axis and intraocularpressureofthetwo groupswerecompared，andthetotal incidenceofadversereactionsinthetwogroups was counted.Result： The naked vision of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group，and the diopter waslower than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. The horizontal and vertical curvature of the cornea in the study group after treatment were smaller than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The optic axis in the study group after treatment was shorter than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in intraocular pressure levels and the total incidence of complications between the study group and the control group after treatment （P>0.05） .Conclusion：Night-wear orthokeratology lenshasa better corrective effect thanframe glassesonadolescent myopia，whichcanreducethe diopter，significantly improvethe naked vision，delay the axial growth of patients，and has good safety.
