踝关节前后人路与踝关节后外侧入路治疗 Pilon骨折的临床观察

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the therapeutic effects of anterior-posterior approach and posteriorlateralapproachof ankle joint in the treatment of Pilon fractures.Method：A total of9O patients with Pilon fractures who were treated inthe Department of Orthopedics of Ningde People's Hospital from August 2018 to September 2O23 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table， with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with posterior-lateral approach of ankle joint surgery，while the study group was treated with anterior-posterior approach of ankle joint.The perioperative indicators，pain VASscore，excellent and good rate of ankle joint，and complications were compared between the two groups.Result： Compared with the control group，the levels of all perioperative indicators in the study group were better （P<0.05） . Compared with the control group，the VAS scores of the study group at1 week，2 weeks，and 3 weeks after surgery were lower， the excellent and good rate of ankle joint was higher，and the incidence of complications was lower （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with the posterior-lateral approach ofankle joint，theanterior-posterior approachof ankle jointhas a significant effect inthe treatment of Pilon fractures，which can help reduce postoperative pain in the surgicalarea，shortenthefracture healing time，improve theexcellentand goodrateofankle jointrecovery，nd has fewer complications，is safe and reliable.
