[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the influence of holmium laser lithotripsy with flexible ureteroscope forkidneyfunctionand kidney injury indicatorsof patientswith kidneystone.Method：Atotalof12O patients with kidney stone in Nanping People's Hospital from February 2O21 to October 2024 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method， with 6O cases in each group.The control group were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy with percutaneous nephroscope，while the observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy with flexibleureteroscope.The stone clearance rate，recovery efect （disappearance time of gross hematuria，disappearance time of low back pain and hospital stay），incidence of complications，renal function indicators （Cr，BUN）andrenal injury indicators [neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin （NGAL），renal injury molecule-1 （KIM-1） and cystatin C（Cys C）] before and after surgery were compared between the two groups. Result： The stone clearancerates at1 day and 4 weeks after the operation of the observation group were higher than those ofthe control group，thedisappearance time of goss hematuriaand low back pain in theobservation group was earlier thanthat inthecontrol group，the hospital stay was shorter thanthatinthecontrol group，and the incidenceof complications was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in therenal function and renal injury indicators between the two groups before the operation （ P >0.05），while the renal functionandrenal injury indicatorsof the observation group were lowerthan those of thecontrol groupat12，24 and 48 hours after the operation （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： The application effect of holmium laser lithotripsy with flexible ureteroscope inthe patients with kidneystone isbeter，and itcan significantly improve the functionand kidney injury indicators of patients.

肾结石是常见的泌尿系结石，患者可出现疼痛、感染、肾损伤及其他尿路方面的症状体征，导致生存质量相对低下，同时该病诊治的需求也相对较高。（剩余5540字）
