脑电生物反馈联合感觉统合训练在注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中的应用效果

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the application effect of EEG biofeedback combined with sensory integration training inchildren withatentiondeficit hyperactivitydisorder(ADHD).Method:Atotalof 88children withADHDadmited toPutian Maternaland Child Health Hospitalfrom April2O23 to August 2O24 were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group.The control group received EEG biofeedback therapy,and on this basis,the observation group received combined sensory integration training. Both groups were continuously intervened for12 weeks.The brain waves,clinical symptoms,atention and executive control ability werecompared between the two groups.Result: After intervention, both groups showed a decrease in 0 waves frequency and an increase in β waves and SMR waves frequency,with the observation group was better than the control group ( P
