循证评估联合结构化教育护理对糖尿病足预防的效果分析

[Abstract]Objective：To establish and analyze the impact of evidence-based assessment combined with structurededucationalnursingon diabetic footprevention.Method：Atotal of 8Odiabetic fot patientsatlowrisk who were hospitalized inPingxiang People's Hospital fromJanuary 2O23 to March 2O24 were selectedand randomly divided into control group （4O cases，using evidence-based assessment combined with conventional education and nursing）and observation group（4O cases，using evidence-based assessment combined with structured educational nursing）.The incidence of mediumand high-risk diabetic foot，wound incidence，nursing satisfaction，and patient compliance at1，3，and 6 months after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result：At 6 month after intervention，the incidences of medium and high-risk diabetic footand wounds inthe observationgroup were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The compliance scores of the observation group after 1，3，and6monthsof intervention wereallhigherthanthosebeforetheintervention，andthecompliancescoreafter 6 monthsof intervention was higher than thoseafterland 3 monthsof intervention，thecompliance scores of the controlgroupafter1and3monthsof intervention were higher than thosebeforetheintervention，andthecompliance score after 6 months of intervention was lower than those after1 and 3 months of intervention （ P <0.05）. The compliance scores of patients at1month，3 months，and6 monthsafter interventioninthe observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：Evidence-based assessment combined with structured educational nursing has a significant preventive efecton diabetic foot，which can efectively prevent low-risk patients from becoming medium and high-risk，reduce the incidence of foot wounds，improve compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients.
