锥孔软通道引流联合尿激酶与罂粟碱治疗高血压脑出血的效果

[Abstract]Objective:To investigate the effect ofcone-hole soft channel drainage combined with Urokinase andPapaverine in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:A totalof1O3 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitedto the Afiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from October 2022 to September 2O24 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group (51 cases)and observation group(52 cases)according to diffrent treatment methods.Thecontrol group was treated withcone-hole soft channel drainage combined with Papaverine, the observation group was treated with Urokinase on the basis of control group. The treatment effect, NIHSS score,functional independence measure (FIM) score, Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score, thelevel of inflammatory factors before and after treatment and complications were compared between the two groups.Result: The total effctive rate of the observation group was 96.15 % (50/52), higher than 84.31% (43/51) ofthecontrol group,the difference wasstatisticallysignificant ( P <0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,whilethe GCS and FIMscores were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).After treatment, the serum IL-6,CRP and TNF- α levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The complication rate of observation group was 1.92 % (1/52) lower than15.69 % (8/51)of control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Conehole soft channeldrainage combined with Urokinase and Papaverine can significantly improve the recovery of nerve functionand lifeabilityof patients,effectivelyreduce the incidence of postoperativecomplications,and withagood safety.
