[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effects the "5E"rehabilitation model based on Orem'sself-care theoryonpatientswithhemiplegiadue to ischemic stroke.Method：Atotal81 patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic strokeadmited tothe xiang Cityfrom January2O21to August2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， which 40 patients in the control group received routine care，and 41 patients in the observation group received the "5E"rehabilitation model based onthe Orem's self-care theory. The self-careability，life self-careability，compliance andrecovery imbfunction were compared between the two groups.Result：Afterintervention，thescores limb functionrecovery，lifeself-careabilityscore，self-careability scores intheobservation group were higherthanthose inthecontrol group （P
