复方黄柏液涂剂冲洗联合VSD、纱布创面敷料治疗感染性伤口的效果

[Abstract]Objective：To investigate theeficacyof rinsingof Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating combined with vacuum-sealing drainage （VSD） and gauze wound dressing on patients with infected wounds.Method： A totalof 8O patients with infected woundsadmited to Guangxin District People's Hospital of Shangrao from January 2023 to June 2O24 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into Sodium Chloride group （wound irrigation with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection， n =40） and Huangbai Liquid group （wound irrigation with Compound HuangbaiLiquid Coating， n =40）.Both groups consistently used VSD and gauze wound dressngs in combination. The clinical efcacywoundpain，woundedema，coverageoffresh granulation tissueonthewound，inflammatoryfactor indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared betweenthe two groups.Result：After treatment， the total effectiverateof treatment and the score offresh granulationtissecoverage area of the wound inthe Huangbai Liquid group were higher than those in the Sodium Chloride group（ P <0.05）.After treatment， the wound edema score，VAS score，CRP and IL-6 levels in the Huangbai Liquid group were lower than those in the Sodium Chloride group （ P <0.05）.There was no statistically significant diference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P >0.05）.Conclusion： The rinsing of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating combined with VSD and gauze wound dressings has a remarkable efect in treating infected wounds，which can inhibit inflammatory responses， promote wound healing，and has certain safety.
