[Abstract]Objective:To investigate the toxic and side effcts and influencing factors of prognosis of Pegaspargase induction therapy for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).Method:A total of 122 children withALLadmited to Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital fromJanuary 2O21 to January 2O23 were selected. All the children received induction therapy. The treatment effect and theoccurrence of toxic and side effectsof the children were statisticalyanalyzed, andthe prognosisof thechildren was observed througha 2-year follow-up. The influencing factors of prognosis inchildren with ALL treated with Pegaspargase induction therapy was analyzed.Result:After tree cycles of treatment, the complete remisionrate of 122 children with ALL was 97.54% .There were 25 cases of gastrointestinal reactions,10 cases of allergic reactions,12 cases of neurological abnormalities,15casesofacute pancreatitis,and67cases ofabnormal coagulation function, andtheWHO toxicity clasification of all was gradeIandII.Aftera 2-year folow-up,among the122children,5casesdied,3 cases failed induction therapy,8cases had disease progression and were included in thepoor prognosis group, while the remaining 1O6 cases were included in the good prognosis group.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that the immunological typing was an influencing factor for the poor prognosis of children with ALL (P<0.05 ).Conclusion: The toxic and side effcts of Pegaspargase induction therapy for children with ALL are mainly grade Iand II,andimmunological typing is an influencing factor forthe poor prognosis ofchildren with ALL.
