经皮椎体后凸成形术对骨质疏松伴椎体压缩骨折患者术后并发症及脊柱功能的影响

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) on postoperative complications and spinal function in patients with osteoporosis accompanied by vertebralcompresson fractures. Method: The data of 88 patients with osteoporosis accompanied by vertebral compression fractures admitted to the Jiangxi Armed Police General Hospital from January 2O21 to October 2O23 were retrospectively collected.They were divided into group A( n =42,undergoing PKP) and group B ⊥n =46,undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP)] according to diffrent surgical plans.The perioperative related indicators,incidence of postoperative complications,degreeof pain,vertebral height and spinal function of the two groups were statisticallanalyzed and compared.Result:The operation time and total hospital stayin group A were longer than those in group B;the bonecementdosageand intraoperative bloodloss ingroupAwere more thanthose in groupB;the total incidence of postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B ( P <0.05). Four weeks after the operation, theVAS score of group A waslower than that of group B( P <0.05).After6 monthsof follow-up,theheightof the anterior and posterior edgesof the injuredvertebrae in groupAwere higher thanthose in groupB,andtheOswestry disability index(ODI) waslower than that in group B( P <0.05).Conclusion:PKP treatment for patients with osteoporosis accompanied byvertebral compresson fractures has fewer postoperative complications,can reduce the degree of pain,restorethe heightof theinjuredvertebrae,and improve spinalfunction,buttheoperationtime and hospital stay are long.
