活血化痰散结方联合拔罐疗法治疗血瘀痰凝型肺结节的临床研究

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the clinical curative efect of Huoxue Huatan Sanjie Prescription combined with cupping therapy on pulmonary nodules of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type.Method：A total of 60 patients with pulmonary nodules of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University from Januaryto November 2O24 were selected and randomly divided into control groupand treatment group，with 3O cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Huoxue Huatan Sanjie Prescription，the treatment group was treated with the Huoxue Huatan Sanjie Prescription combined with cupping therapy，both groups were treated for 3 months.The therapeutic efects，the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score，the volume of pulmonary nodules and the therapeutic efect of pulmonary nodule volumereduction，the malignant risk of the pulmonary nodule Brock modeland theoccurrenceof adverse reactions ofthe two groups were compared. Result： After treatment，the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment，and the scores in the treatment group were lower than the control group （ P <0.05）.The total efective rate of symptom treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the volumes of pulmonary nodules in the treatment group were smaller than that before treatment （ P <0.05）.The total effective rate of pulmonary nodule volume reduction in the treatment group was 66.67 % ，which was higher than 40.00% in the control group （ P <0.05）. The malignant risk rate of the Brock model of pulmonary nodules in both groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment （ P <0.05）. No adverse reactions occured in both groups duringthe treatment period.Conclusion： The combination of the Huoxue Huatan Sanjie Prescription and cupping therapy in the treatment of pulmonary nodules of blood stasisand phlegm coagulation type can improve the clinical effct，promote the relief of patients'symptoms，efectivelyreduce the volume of pulmonary nodules，and has good safety.
