[Abstract]Irisin is a myogenic hormone-like molecule that can promote browning of white adipose tissue and regulate energy metabolism，and plays akey role in maintaining bone homeostasis.Irisin can promote osteoblast differentiation and mineralization through multiple signaling pathways，regulate osteoclast activity，and adjust the biological behavior of osteocytes.Inadition，irisin hasshownpositive efects in the treatment of osteoporosis， diabetic bone disease and periodontal disease，exerting its functions by improving bone density and bone microstructure，regulating inflammatory factors and promoting bone tissue formation.In bone tisse engineering， irisinachieves long-termreleasebyloading diffrentscafold materials，promoting bone tissueregeneration.This article emphasizes the pleiotropyof irisin in the treatmentof bone diseases，providinga scientific basis for the development of new treatment plans for bone diseases.
