恒压气腹技术在腹腔镜辅助下中低位直肠癌根治术中的临床应用及对术后并发症发生率的影响

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze constant pressre pneumoperitoneum technique in laparoscopic assisted radicalresectionof midleand lowrectalcancerinthe treatmentofrectalcancer patients，andtoobserve its impact on postoperative complications.Method：A total of 6O patients with middle and low rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic asssted radical resection of middle and low rectal cancer in Shaowu Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to December 2O24 were included in the study.Thirty cases treated with constant pressre pneumoperitoneum technique were set as the observation group，and 3O cases treated with traditional pneumoperitoneum technique weresetas thecontrol group.Theoperation time，intraoperative blood losspostoperative hospital staypathological examinationresults （such as the numberof dissected lymph nodes and the positiverate of resectionmargin），and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Result： The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were both shorterthanthose in the control group，and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. The total incidence of complications such as anastomotic fistula，intestinal obstructionanddysuria intheobservation group was lower than thatinthecontrol group （ P <0.05）.The number of dissected lymph nodes in the observation group was more than that in the control group，whilethe positiveratesof thelowerresection marginandthecircumferentialresection margin werelower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The application of constant pressure pneumoperitoneum technique in laparoscopic assisted radical resection of middle and low rectal cancer can effectivelyshorten the operation time， reduce intraoperative blood los，lower the incidence of complications，and significantly improvethe safetyand effectiveness of the surgery.
