[Abstract]In recent years，with theaging populationand the prevalence of unhealthy lifestyles，the incidence and mortality rates ofcardiovascular diseases in China have been steadily increasing，andsevere adverse progression or middle and late stages of cardiovascular disease can manifest as heart failure.With the advancement of metabolomics technologyand thegrowing interest inferroptosisresearch，theroleofironmetabolismand itsrelated products inelucidating and treating diseases of thecirculatory，immune，andhematological systems hasgradually become evident.This paper explores the impactof hepcidin，a keyregulator in iron metabolism，on heart failure， aiming to provide new directions for the prevention and treatment of heart failure.
