硫酸沙丁胺醇联合小儿定喘口服液治疗小儿轻中度支气管哮喘的效果

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the oxidative stress state and treatment effcacy of Salbutamol Sulfate combined with Xiao'er DingchuanOral Liquid in the treatmentof mildto moderate bronchial asthma inchildren. Method:From January 2O22 to January 2O24,8Ochildren with mild to moderate bronchial asthma in Department of Pediatrics,the First People's Hospitalof Kunming were selected.According to therandom number table method, they were divided into Salbutamol group (4O cases)and combined group (4O cases).The Salbutamol group was treated with Salbutamol Sulfate,and the combined group was treated with Salbutamol Sulfatecombined with Xiao'er Dingchuan Oral Liquid.Both groups were treated for one week.The indexes of oxidative stress,inflammatory reaction,treatment eficacyandadverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result: After treatment, the level of endothelin (ET) in combined group was lower than that in Salbutamol group ( P <0.05).After treatment, the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD)in the combined group was higher than that in the Salbutamol group ( P <0.05). After treatment, IL-5,TNF- α and leukotriene C4 (LTC4) in the combined group were lower than those in the Salbutamol group ( P <0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of Salbutamol group ( P <0.05).There was no significant diference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the Salbutamol group P>0.05 ).Conclusion: Salbutamol Sulfate combined with Xiao'er Dingchuan Oral Liquid can improve oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction inchildren with mildand moderate bronchialasthma,improve the therapeutic effect,and does not increase adverse reactions.
