[Abstract] Objective： To explore the influencing factors of sexual dysfunction in male patients with schizophrenia （SCH），construct a risk prediction model and verify it.Method：From January to October 2024， 100 male SCH patients with sexual dysfunction who visitedthe Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou were selected as the sexual dysfunction group，and another 1OO male patients with SCH without sexual dysfunction during the same period were selected as thenon-sexual dysfunction group.Clinical relateddata and laboratory indicatorsof the two groups were collected.Singleand multi-factor logistic analyses were conducted to analyze risk factors of sexual dysfunction in male SCH patients，and a nomogram was established.The ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive value of the prediction model for sexual dysfunction inmale patients with SCH，and Hosmer-Lemeshow wasused toassessitsdiscriminationandcalibration.Result： There were statisticallysignificant differences between the two groups in terms of BMI， SCH duration，whether combined Risperidone （ P <0.05）. Multivariate analysis showed that high BMI，long course ofSCH，and combined Risperidone wereallindependent risk factors for sexual dysfunctionin male SCH patients （ P<0.05） .TheAUC of the nomogram prediction model was O.888，and the mean AUC of Bootstrap internal verification was O.891，Hosmer-Lemeshow test showed that the model hada good fit between calibration curve and ideal curve （ χ2=7.572 P=0.229 ）.Conclusion：BMI， course of SCH， combined Risperidone are independent risk factors for sexual dysfunction in male SCH patients，and the risk prediction nomogram model based on the above influencing factors has good differentiation and accuracy.
