[Abstract] Objective：To explore the effect offamily cooperation combined with childlike interest induction on children with acute wheezing bronchopneumonia.Method： A total of 8O children with acute wheezing bronchopneumonia admitted to Maternityand Child Care Centerof Xinyu from January 2O21to December 2023 were selectedastheresearch subjects.Thechildren were divided into thecontrol group （from January2O21to June 2022， received traditional routine nursing）andthe observation group （from July 2O22 to December 2O23，received family cooperation combined withchildlike interest induction nursing）according to their admission time，with 4O cases in each group.The disappearance time of cough，expectoration，wheezing and fever，the satisfactionof family members with nursing，compliance and qualityoflife were compared between the two groups.Result： The disappearance time of cough，expectoration，wheezing and fever in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.The total compliance rate，family members total satisfaction with nursing，andthe scores of physiological function，emotional functionand social functionafter nursing in the observation group were higher thanthose in the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： The application of family cooperation combined with childlike interest induction in children with acute wheezing bronchopneumonia can accelerate the improvement of varioussymptoms of the children，enhancethe qualityof lifeofthechildren，the satisfactionoffamily members with nursing and the treatment compliance of the children.
