米库氯铵注射液与罗库溴铵注射液在日间短小手术中的临床应用比较

[Abstract]Objective：To investigatethe effectsof Mivacurium Chloride Injectionand Rocuronium Bromide Injectioninshortdaytimesurgery.Method：Atotalof1OOpatientsundergoing shortdaytimesurgeryintheFirst People'sHospitalofJingdezhen from March 2O23 to March 2025 were selectedasthe studyobjects.According to therandom envelope method，they were divided into the study groupand the control group，with 5O cases in each group.During muscle relaxation，the control group was treated with Rocuronium Bromide Injection， while the studygroup was treatedwith Mivacurium Chloride Injection.Thevital signs ateach time point，tracheal intubation conditions，muscle relaxation efects，postoperativerecovery time and incidence ofadverse reactions werecompared between the two groups.Result：At the time points of anesthesia induction （T γ0） ，3 min after administration of muscle relaxants （Ti）， the beginning of the surgery （T 21 ，and after the operation （T3），there were no statistically significant differences in MAP，HR，and bispectral index （BIS） values between the two groups （ P; >0.05）.Compared with the time point of ΔT0 ， MAP， BIS values and HR of the two groups at T1， Γ2 and T3 were all decreased （ P <0.05）. The tracheal intubation conditions between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference （ P >0.05）. Compared with the control group，the muscle relaxation onsetime of the study group was longer，while the clinical effect time and muscle relaxation recoveryindexwere shorter （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the time from drug withdrawal to extubation，the time to fullconsciousness，andthe timefrom drug withdrawal to mandatory verbal response of the study group were all better （ P <0.05）.Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group （18.00% ），the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group （ 4.00% ）waslower （ P <0.05）. Conclncin·Comnared with Rncuronium Rromide Iniectin Mivaourium Chlarida Iniectinn for short davtime operations has the characteristics of excellent muscle relaxation effect，rapid postoperative recovery and few adverse reactions.
