康妇炎胶囊联合西药对LSIL伴HPV感染患者子宫颈LEEP后康复效果的影响

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Kangfuyan Capsules combined with western medicine on the rehabilitation efect of patients with low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion （LSIL） complicated with human papillmavirus （HPV） infection after loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP）of cervix.Method： A totalof 84 patients with LSILcomplicated with HPV infectionadmitted to Afiliated Hospitalof Putian University were included from January 2O21 to May 2O24.They were randomly divided into the control group （ n =42，LEEPof cervix + Human Interferon ∝2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules） and the observation group （ n =42， with Kangfuyan Capsules added on the basis of the control group）.The therapeutic efect，inflammatory response， HPV negative conversion rate， postoperative rehabilitation indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result：The HPV negative conversion rate at6months after the operation and the total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in thecontrol group，the vaginal discharge time was shorter thanthat in the control group，and wound healing time was earlier than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. Three months after the operation， CRP，IL-6 and TNF- α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. There was no statistically significant diffrence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05） . Conclusion： Kangfuyan Capsules have a remarkable efect in the adjuvant treatment of patients with LSIL complicated with HPV infection after LEEPofcervix，which can reduce inflammatory response，increase the negative rate of HPV and promote rehabilitation without increasing adverse reactions.
